9th September - Ride Out to Parliament

Free Lindsay and CraigFolkstone, United Kingdom
Aug 19, 2026

We wanted to share that on Wednesday 9 September, the motorcycle community is riding into London again.

Adrian Kriss, who led the 500-day ride-out for Lindsay and Craig and pledged to organise another ride every 100 days, will once again lead riders into London. In his words; “The ride-out is a message to the Government that we do exist and deserve real support. The message that should be coming from our Government is one of strong support for all its citizens, wherever they are.”

The ride will meet at 9.30am on Queens Gate, just after the junction with Cromwell Road, next to the Natural History Museum, before heading to Parliament Square as the Prime Minister and MPs arrive for Prime Minister's Questions.

This isn't simply a ride to mark 600 days. It's about making sure Lindsay and Craig's case is heard at the heart of government. There is a new Government, a new Prime Minister and a new Foreign Secretary. Andy Burnham and Ed Miliband have inherited the case, while former Foreign Office Minister Alistair Burt has been appointed Envoy for Complex Consular Cases.

For Lindsay and Craig's family, this is a chance for the Government to do things differently. The family and their supporters are calling on the Government to formally recognise Lindsay and Craig as being arbitrarily detained and to take stronger diplomatic action to secure their release. Later that afternoon, the family, friends and MPs will deliver the petition calling for their release to Number 10.

The message from the riders is simple: 600 days is enough. It's time to act.

Last time, the response from riders was fantastic. The bikes, the noise and the sheer support of people turning up made sure Lindsay and Craig's names were heard around Westminster. This time, we want to make even more noise.

You don't need to know Lindsay and Craig personally or belong to a motorcycle club. If you've ever dreamed of loading up your bike and riding into the unknown, their story should matter to you. Because they were doing exactly what so many bikers love doing: riding. And they should be home.

Please join us and register to ride. Numbers are restricted, so riders must register in advance. Registering through Eventbrite also means you'll receive important updates about the ride directly from the organisers.

If you're not riding, supporters are very welcome to join us on foot in Parliament Square. Please arrive from 10.30am to join the gathering as the riders arrive.

Please share the petition: The petition calling for Lindsay and Craig's release is just over 90,000 signatures. The aim is to break 100,000. Please do share it wider to help achieve this goal.  www.change.org/p/free-lindsay-and-craig-foreman

And if you want to support the family and the campaign more directly then please do think to donate. Support the family: www.gofundme.com/f/free-lindsay-and-craig

So bring your bike or come on foot. Bring your mates. Bring your club, your flags and your noise. Because 600 days is 600 days too many. Lindsay and Craig set off on two motorcycles to see the world. They should be coming home on them.
