Dear supporter, In our last update we asked if you could leave comments on the Facebook page of Langkawi Elephant Adventures (LEA), the owners of Lasah. Thanks to your pressure they have taken down their page altogether! Hundreds of you also tweeted our latest media publication (please see bottom of update) to the Ministry of Environment of Malaysia. Thank you. We recently discovered Manchester City footballer Yaya Toure had spread the word regarding Lasah on his official Facebook and Twitter pages. We have contacted Yaya's management.
