I hope you are well, Thank you for signing. This week will see political machinations towards the Australian Government  sending more troops to the Middle East to support the USA and or Israel in their war of aggression against Iran. 

“Australia is expected to consider this week a request from the US to join a coalition of allies in a military effort, the ‘Maritime Freedom Construct’, to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Australia should refuse, even in the unlikely event that others join.

This petition is to stop Australia’s military support for illegal wars and if it becomes apparent that the Australian Government has involved Australian military in a war that has not been authorised by the United Nation then this petition may act as a platform to deliver individuals to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to conduct an initial investigation into whether any breach of International law has occurred.

Always remember the Australian Parliament ratified the 1997 Rome Statute for the International Criminal Court and the USA did not, as such Australian’s are bound to abide by the jurisdictional authority of the ICC and the USA is not.
