Hi All, I hope you are well. Julian Assange won the right to appeal the decision to extradite. I believe Julian Assange has been granted right to appeal on the grounds of his nationality and as to whether he may be discriminated against because he is not a US Citizen and may not be protected under the First Amendment of the US Constitution.
The Death penalty assurances have been accepted and this aspect will no longer form part of our case, because we can only work with certain legal boundaries and the court accepted the US assurances regarding the death penalty.
It is interesting when exploring the previous courts central focus on the First Amendment protection for Julian Assange, which if absolutely assured by the US prosecution, would then set the precedent in law to also capture every journalist in the USA. if Assange was then, to be prosecuted under the 1917 Espionage Act, then so could all other journalists in the USA as well. This would turn the media against the incumbent ruler who pushes this case.
This petition has an open Royal Prerogative Power of Mercy (Royal Pardon) request with Prince William as acting Head of State at time of application on behalf of King Charles III. This was administered in a pre-emptive form on two points.
- In case the courts made a Mistake and ruled to extradite Julian Assange.
- The British Legal System is being perverted in order continue to deny Julian Assange his freedom. Julian Assange is being psychologically tortured in His Majesties Prison.
Why is Julian Assange not at very least on bail NOW until this matter is resolved??????
Unfortunately the perversion of the British legal system in order to torture Julian Assange to death continues. Let us not lose focus that even though this decision is in our favour, but Julian Assange is still in Belmarsh Prison and not a free person.
This petition has confirmed that a Royal Prerogative Power of Mercy request has been administered to His Royal Highness Prince William as acting head of State on behalf of King Charles III. This correctly administered request for Royal Pardon has positioned the Acting head of State His Royal Highness Prince William as the final gatekeeper of Julian Assange who is currently being tortured to death in His Majesties Belmarsh Prison Belmarsh, HMP Belmarsh.
Remember Julian Assange is rotting in a prison called “His Majesties” Prison Belmarsh.
