Hi Monique, David, Peter, Barnaby and Alex,

I am the Petitioner of the 781,000 signature Free Julian Assange, before it’s too late Petition, which includes over 200,000 Citizens of the USA. The petition has not been delivered to the USA government and or the President of the USA yet. I was planning on delivering it in electronic form in the week before the PM left for the USA in late October. If any of you feel it may assist you in your political endeavours to free Julian Assange, I am happy for it to be delivered through anyone or all of you. "THINK OF IT AS SOMETHING IN YOUR KIT"

This petition was tabled by Peter Whish-Wilson in the Senate and Andrew Wilkie in the House of Reps.

PS Below I have pasted in an excerpt from the draft of the submission document I am working on to give you a better understanding of the petition's case in the USA. I plan to submit it to President Biden and all Congressional Members and Senators in the week before our PM Albanese's visit to the USA. document submission still work in progress, but I have added here to better understand the petition’s case.

“The free Julian Assange, before it’s too late petition, is now presented to all Members of the USA government and seeking support. Over 200,000 Citizens of the USA as well as the Prime Minister of Australia are Signatories to this petition,. In accordance with The First Amendment Article 5 of the USA Constitution, the over 200,000 USA Citizen Signatories of this petition demand that their grievances be presented to the USA government and the President of the United States of America. We respectfully request that with immediate affect please free Julian Assange and drop the extradition case against him.

Citizen of the USA who are Signatories to this petition (over 200,000 signed on) claim legitimate rights under the USA Constitution to petition the government of the USA. As enumerated in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, which specifically prohibits Congress from abridging "the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”. The Persecution of Julian Assange is a grievance that can only be resolved by the President of the USA by dropping the extradition case against Julian Assange and immediately freeing Julian Assange.

“Enough is enough, I can’t see what is served by the continued incarceration of Julian Assange” Prime Minister Anthony Albanese Signatory No. 710,753. May 24, 2023 Australian Government bipartisan support by the two dominant political parties in Australia.........
