Hi All, Gabriel Shipton (Julian's brother) ask me to send this to you "On Wednesday 24th of May, barely two weeks away, President Biden will visit Sydney to participate in the Quad Leaders summit. This will be the first time a sitting US President has visited Australia in almost a decade - almost as long as Julian has been held in detention.

We cannot miss this valuable opportunity to visibly advocate for fairness and Justice for Julian.

Around the country, I’m asking supporters to join me and visibly show their support by wearing a Free Assange shirt. Will you buy one today and pledge to wear it on the 24th?

We’re not the only ones frustrated with the US’s behaviour. In an ABC interview this morning, Prime Minister Albanese discussed his frustration with the US and said enough is enough. Comments Peter Dutton substantially agreed with afterwards.

Our campaign has momentum and is building more support - and that is exactly why we need to keep the pressure up.

The Australian Government is getting behind Julian, and the US Government is softening. Grab a shirt today, and let’s use this once-in-a-decade opportunity to make sure Biden knows Australians agree with our Prime Minister – enough is enough. Let’s bring him home.

To ensure they arrive on time, you’ll need to have your order in by the 10th of May - so don’t delay! And, of course, all proceeds will go to supporting the campaign.

John Shipton

Julian Assange's Father

PS. If you’d like to support the campaign but already own a shirt, consider donating to the campaign today to help us offer some to others who cannot afford them.

If we speak up our government must act ... that's democracy (and don't let them forget it)." Gabriel Shipton.
