Hi All, We are getting Closer, but not there Yet.This campaign resulted in a step in the direction of victory. We are undeniably on track to “STOP the USA EXTRADITION” that is one of two of our primary demands. The second and most important demand that is still nowhere in sight and that is to return Julian Assange’s freedom as an Australian Citizen. I will elaborate below on where this campaign will now focus and to infact complete its charter. But please it is an absolutely imperative that this petition is shared and reshared by every one of us. Please do this as a matter focused determination, why? Because victory has NOT yet been secured and we understand very well what the capacity and typical profile of the corrupted individual public officers who have delivered a process of state sponsored psychological torture.
International Criminal Court’s designates that “mental torture” of an individual is a “crime against humanity”. The International Criminal Court was established fr these type of cases.
On Jan. 4 UK time approx.. 10am-Midday, we understood that magistrate ruled that Julian Assange will “STOP the USA Extradition” (as we demanded), granted on health grounds. This At this stage we take it anyway we can get it, because we are extremely concerned that Julian Assange may be killed through the deliberate, continuous and relentless psychological torture inflicted by way of “public officer” (UK and or Sweden and or Ecuador and or Australia) administration. A process of state sponsored psychological torture is an alleged breach of the 1997 Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court equating to a “crime against humanity”. We completely understand and will never forget that members of the USA government had indicated that they wished to assassinate/murder Julian Assange and coupled with the revelations read out in Old Bailey Court that we understand that persons had infact also planned to kill Julian Assange and kidnap him, .
Sure our battle is not over, because Julian Assange is still not free, but personally and in my opinion this is a massive victory for our campaign. A watershed moment in history has been secured.
Every one of us in this petition in affect, turned the table in this campaign.
Please note that this petitioned campaign will remain open and active until such time that Julian Assange is a free Australian Citizen. As it stands at the moment Julian Assange is still not a free Australian Citizen. As it stands this petition is still not a success.
Our campaign now becomes two pronged.
We continue to demand Senior Ministerial involvement by the Government of Australia. We lay grievances before parliament as per a conforming petition that Senior Ministerial involvement by Ms Marise Payne Liberal (Foreign Minister and Minister for Women) and the Mr Scott Mossrison Liberal Party (Prime Minister) results in a DEMAND THEIR USA MINISTERIAL COUTERPARTS to IMMEDIATELY DROP THIS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED EXTRADITION procedure, that has resulted in the torturing of an Australian Citizen and internationally awarded journalist Mr Julian Assange.
On this note it must be highlighted that the “Bring Julian Assange Home Parliamentary Group” Co chaired by Andrew Wilkie (Independent MP) and George Christensen (Nationals MP) and has approx. 24 currently sitting Australian Parliamentarians from across the political spectrum n support. Some Nationals, Independents, Centre alliance, Labor and Greens in support.
I feel I must highlight that it is my considered opinion that on the record not a single Liberal Party parliamentarian has supported the Bring Julian Assange Home Parliamentary Group. It is striking that every Liberal Party parliamentarian that currently sits in the Australian Parliament has chosen to be silent and by doing so has by default sided with a regime that harbours war criminals and by remaining silent have further permitted a regime of psychological torturing of an Australian Citizen and the destruction of Australian National Sovereignty. Further to this that even though we welcome a number of Australian Labor Party parliamentarian who support the Bring Assange Home Parliamentary Group. We wish to highlight that Anthony Albanese (Leader of the Australian Labor Party ALP) and Ms Penny Wong (ALP Shadow Foreign Minister) have also chosen to remain be silent and by doing so has by default sided with a regime that harbours war criminals and has been instigating a regime of psychological torturing of an Australian Citizen and the destruction of Australian National Sovereignty.
