Our global campaign has been without doubt a campaign of unfaltering determination to Free Julian Assange and Stop the Extradition via this Politically Motivated Show Trial. Everybody in so many towns, cities, streets and parks just standing up with absolute determination.

This Petition is the 3rd largest Petition in any form ever tabled in the history of the Australian Parliament (since 1901) and is the Largest "E" Petition to have been tabled in the Australian Parliament. and continues to grow. This petition has without question followed parliamentary protocols to continually place our grievances before parliament in a peaceful and parliamentary conforming manner. According to the Australian Parliament "A petition is basically a request for action. The right to petition Federal Parliament has been one of the rights of citizens since federation, and it is the only way an individual can directly place grievances before the Parliament." In addition to 42 individual notices delivered directly to all Parliamentarians that make up the Australian Parliament, this petition has notified in the UK House of Lords, House of Commons as well as delivering notices to USA Congress and Senate.

This petition has delivered approximately 15 million Updates via email to signatories. 

This Petition has now escalated this matter via delivery of Notice 1 & 2 to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for a preliminary investigation by the Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda and Her Deputy Prosecutor to investigate our presented allegations of "crimes against humanity" committed in the already verified psychological torturing of Julian Assange. For the record and specifically Psychological torture is classified a "crime against humanity" which is one of the 4 international crimes prosecuted by the ICC. The UN's own Special Rapporteur has verified that Julian Assange has been psychologically tortured. This verification has been determined by implementation of the Istanbul Protocol.

If the alleged corrupted public officers of the UK, Sweden, Ecuador and Australia (all of which are ICC ratified nations) thought they could execute this politically motivated show trial without personal legal consequence they were wrong. The ICC was formed for cases exactly like this one.

If the psychological torturing of Julian Assange is by design a macabre deterrent for future exposure of heinous international crimes then this petitions delivery of Notice to the ICC to investigate public officers of the UK, Sweden, Ecuador and Australia for their possible involvement in "crimes against humanity" is now and forever will be a deterrent for future participation in this type of abuse of power and dereliction of due process that has been off the scale.

This petition will not be closed until Julian Assange is Free.
