FYI it is the determination of the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture that Julian Assange has been subjected to a process of psychological torturing that forms the basis of our “Initial Investigation” request currently before the International Criminal Court’s Office of the Prosecutor’s Chief Prosecutor, Ms Fatou Bensouda. From the petitioners understanding psychological torture is classified as a "crime against humanity". Nations that administered the process of psychological torture are ratified nations to the 1997 Rome Convention to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and and are legally bound to be answerable to the determinations of the ICC in matters relating to alleged "crimes against humanity".
