Hi All,
On the day of the extradition hearing which is the greatest travesty of justice of the modern era. The frameup and persecution of Julian Assange is comparable to the frame up and execution for witchcraft (Burnt at the Stake) of Joan of Arc in 1432.
We all however have played a critical role to try and prevent the same happening to Julian Assange. It is my considered opinion that if people like you had not stood up Julian Assange would already be either assassinated or in a USA torture hole, never to be seen again. On that point I wish to thank everyone of you for joining this petition.
It is important that we appreciate where we are at and what we have achieved in this almighty struggle. I think it’s fair to say we have all turned the tables on this travesty, they never saw us coming and now they have ‘lost the plot’.
To Recap where we are at and what we have all achieved.
1) This petition will not close until Julian Assange is freed and continues to grow.
2) This petition above all else has allowed all of us to have a genuinely powerful voice in the halls of government.
3) This petition has delivered 40 individual Petition Notices of fact filled and fraudulent narrative destroying details. Comprising over 9,080 individual fact filled emails across 227 Parliamentarians. It has also delivered special notices to all MEP’s in the House of Commons (Britain), House of Lords (Britain), Congress (USA), The Senate (USA) and special notices to Queen Elizabeth II and the Governor of Australia.
4) Barnaby Joyce MP Australian National Party. (current MP & former Deputy Prime Minister & Former leader of the National Party) contacted the Petitioner to flag possible “Habeas Corpus” for Julian Assange if justification of a travesty can be established by the Petitioner. (December 25, 2018).
5) This Petition was first raised in the Australian Parliamentary Senate Estimates Session Dept. of Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Legislation Committee on February 21-2-2019 (30,000 signatories). Placing the secret USA Extradition conspiracy into Australian Parliamentary Hansard / public record for the first time. Special Thanks to Senator Peter Whish-Wilson Australian Greens.
6) This petition was successful Tabled in the (Upper House) the Senate of the Australian Parliament on 12th November 2019 (200,000 signatories). Special Thanks to Senator Peter Whish-Wilson Australian Greens.
7) This petition along with other groups paved the way for the formation of the Bring Assange Home Parliamentary Group. A cross party group of Australian current parliamentarians. Inaugural sitting was on Nov. 25, 2019.
8) The Petitioner and on behalf of Signatories administered a Royal Prerogative Power of Mercy (RPPM) application to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Officially administered as per Royal protocol, via the Secretary of State of Justice Robert James Buckland MEP (January 22, 2020). This RPPM has not yet been rejected. Further it is believed may prompted Her Majesty to recently respond via a public statement through a Buckingham Palace “Official Spokeswoman” that she will not be intervening on the grounds that she wished to remain “NON POLITICAL”. Possibly flagging to the courts that this is a political motivated case as stated in paragraph 2 of the RPPM. Important to understand that QEII is the Head of State of Australia & Britain and Belmarsh Prison is Her Majesty’s Prison (Belmarsh HMP).
9) This petition was successfully Tabled in the House of Representatives in the Australian Parliament (February 10, 2020). Special Thanks to Andrew Wilkie MP (Independent Minister of Parliament) and the Team at “Australians for Assange”. (280,000 Signatories).
10) The Change.Org platform Updates from this petition delivers news of the campaign as well as helping to advise Signatories of upcoming protest events schedules to all Signatories currently at over 296,000 emails.
11) Over 3 million emails sent to all signatories via the Change. Org petition platform enabling a co-ordinated response of civil action.
