Along with John Shipon (Julian's dad) Ciaron O'Riell will also be featured who is a peace activist and organised many Free Julian Assange vigils/protests/events outside the Ecuadorian Embassy and more recently outside Belmarsh Prison in London where Julian Assange is currently being psychologically tortured as a journalist deemed political prisoner by the corrupted.

We are now the 4th largest petition to ever be successfully tabled in the history of the Australian parliament. Most importantly unlike all other petitions this one remains open and will not be closed until Julian Assange is free. So we will grow and grow. By the way the largest petition in the history of the Australian parliament is 1.2 mil. But I am targeting to surge over the festive season.

Note from a campaign perspective that the period Dec. 26 - January 15 typically is the social media surge period. We should all focus during this period of "work shutdown time" to promote and push this petition outside our direct circle and network of contacts. During this time of year people are more reflective on social media and typically will gravitate towards this type of campaign. So be aware and push hard in this period.
