Hi All,
Merry Christmas and a Happy Festive Season to all of you.
We delivered Notice 25, today for over 25,252 signatures on December 25, 2018 & on Christmas Day.
Please read the Notice which reveals our strategic direction in 2019, to Free Julian Assange. The satirical nature of Notices is very deliberate and takes account of the legal paradigm that is existent in Australia. We have a mission to free Julian Assange and that is what we will do, and no other individual will be seized or arrested for satirical mention.
Note I can not upload the actual file as the Change Platform restricts that functionality, hence I can only upload the top image of the document, but I have pasted in the text below so you do not miss a beat......so to speak.
Love to you all & have a Great Festive Season.
Phil

Prime Minister of Australia

Notice 24: 24,000 has been skipped due accelerated signature rate.
Dear Ms Marise Payne,
Merry Christmas to you and all the Australian Politicians.
I wish Julian Assange’s family could share love and Christmas with our greatest Australian Journalist in living memory, rather than him being tortured by government personnel. His eighth Christmas away from his family only because he is a Journalist that published evidence delivered to him that exposed systemic government corruption and war crimes. These publications included the slaughter of Reuters Journalists in Iraq by the US Military via Apache Helicopters (The Chelsea Manning Tapes “Collateral Murder”).
Personally, as well as all the signatories, we will be sharing great times with our families. All of course except for Julian Assange’s family. Julian Assange’s mother Christine Assange will be missing her much loved son. John Shipton (Julian’s dad) has already publicly stated he wishes to love his son in natural circumstances and not stuck in a room in London with the Police waiting outside for non-existent charges, so I believe of course. Personally my family will be doing something a bit different this year, rather than your typical chopping and carving a cold slab of pork /ham, we will be having curry for lunch instead and I will be enjoying time with my kids and wife. Great times as you, yourself can appreciate. Great to have the next day off as well, with the curry and all.
Ms Payne, you must be rejoicing with the United Nations Human Rights Special Procedures December 21, 2018 determination that “the UK abides by its international obligations and immediately allow Wikileaks founder Julian Assange to walk free from the Ecuadorian embassy in London where he has been for over 6 years, fearing arrest by British authorities if he leaves, and extradited to the US”. I can imagine all the Australian politicians now lining up to secure Julian Assange’s freedom after that announcement together with 91% polling endorsement by Australians, over 25,000 in this Australian petition and over 100,000 in the DiEM25 European Petition to Ecuador by the other Australian Citizen Yanis Varoufakis, former Greek Finance Minister. Ms Marise Payne, your job has been made so much easier. I can imagine you swinging from the halls of government with Christmas cheers with this powerful ruling in hand, to go and discuss with your US & UK counterparts. It makes your job to free an Australian Journalist who has been persecuted for only exposing systemic government criminality, (from my understanding of course), so much easier.
I am happy to announce, and feel free to also announce this in halls of parliament that, we the people involved in this “Free Julian Assange before it’s too late” petition, will be in 2019 naming and shaming the Australian politicians that have dismally failed in their obligated duties. Alternatively we will also be publicly rewarding and acknowledging the Hero politicians that are supporting the movement to Free Julian Assange. As a draft indicator (as of today’s positions) the first two names on the “Shame” list will be Ms Marise Payne and Ms Penny Wong, followed by Mr Scott Morrison and Mr Bill Shorten as well as all other Australian politicians except for 2 only (at this stage) that will appear on the “Fame” file register. Let it be known that the “Name and Shame or Fame” register of Australian Politicians will be announced on Feb. 13, 2019, the day after the first sitting day of Parliament in 2019, and updated every week. Feel free to correct me if this is not the scheduled day after the first sitting day of the 2019 Parliamentary calendar. The “Australian Assange never leave your mate behind WALL OF SHAME” & the Great politician file which will be called the “WALL of FAME” will be published after the second sitting day of parliament in 2019. February 13, 2019 is a day to plan for. It would be great for all if Julian Assange was to be freed by yourself and the Australian Government before that date or at least that public announcement towards that outcome are made. If you do, we will endorse you on the hero “Fame” file, together with all the other great and currently sitting Australian politicians with the same intent to free Julian Assange.
I personally would send you a great commendation via social media that you can frame and hang above your bed. I have an endorsement from Julian’s mother that I also cherish. It just drives me even harder when Mrs Christine Assange tells the world how great myself and the other 25,000+ signatories are doing. We are paving of the way for you to do what you are chartered to do by 91% of the Australian people, as per 60 Minutes Australia Twitter Polling.
It is now on the public record that the government of the USA had secretly conspired to extradite Julian Assange for simply performing the diligent duties of a fact publishing Journalist. Further to that, reports indicate that the Australian Government may have been aware of this in as far back as 2010.
We have previously notified the Australian Government that we, (The Signatories), hold the Australian Government fully responsible for the safety of Julian Assange and the lawful return of his freedom. The Australian Government has had over 6.5 years to act on behalf of this Australian Citizen and the Australian Government has done nothing that the people can identify in the way of meaningful assistance.
Julian Assange is an Australian Citizen who has not been charged with any crime and yet has been "arbitrarily” detained for over 6.5 years and in addition is currently enduring over 265 days of torture in the form of continuous solitary confinement. He has been deprived of sunlight, contact with family, contact with the outside world and proper healthcare. The United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner on Feb. 5, 2016 determined that Julian Assange's “Arbitrary Detention should be brought to an end and that Mr. Assange should be afforded the right to compensation”.
In a Democracy it is the legal and overwhelming demands of the people that the government is guided by. Recent polling indicates between 80% - 91% of Australians want the Australian Government to secure Julian Assange’s freedom by guaranteeing no USA Extradition on charges that would contradict the USA’s own Constitution’s 1st Amendment if exercised against a USA Citizen.
We the people demand the Australian Government end this public torture of an Australian Journalist & Free Julian Assange. We will not permit this Journalist and Free Press to be silenced or assassinated.
Yours Faithfully,
Phillip Adams
