Today Oct. 26, 2018 I delivered by email the following document Notice to the Prime Minister Hon. Scott Morrison, Foreign Minister Ms Marise Payne as well as all 221 elected Senators and Members that make up the Government of Australia.

Every single one has been notified that to date they have failed in their most basic of undertakings in the performance of their public service. They to date have not tirelessly worked to secure the freedom of an Australian Citizen and Journalist who has not been charged with any crime and yet is being psychologically tortured in isolation and "Arbitrary Detention".

To help the Australian Government must work to ensure there is no unopened envelope with a pending USA Extradition order in it. The Australian Government can easily do this. The Australian Government only has to ask our two closest allies. It is a simple as that.

I have pasted the text from Petition Notice 10. and uploaded a section of the scanned document. i can not upload the full image via this petition platform,

cc                     All Hon. Senators and MP’s                                                                        The Australian Parliament

Dear Prime Minister & Foreign Minister

We the people that stand together request the Prime Minister and or the Foreign Minister of the Australian Government intervene in the UN declared case of arbitrary detention of the Australian Citizen and Journalist, Mr Julian Assange. Julian Assange is considered by all to be an international journalist whose life is in serious danger without intervention by the Australian Government.

Signatures to this petition request the immediate securing, by the Australian Government of Mr Julian Assange’s freedom of safe passage out of the Ecuadorian Embassy and his safe return to his home Australia or any other location that Julian Assange requests to travel to. Noting Julian Assange is prepared to address the Breach of Bail issue. However we respectfully request that the Australian Government where influence can be made with friendly nations, that the Australian Government ensure that no extradition order is effected on Julian Assange from any third party nation that may otherwise impinge on his ongoing freedom of passage and existence after or during addressing of the terms of the Breach of bail issue.

Julian Assange is an Australian Citizen who has not been charged with any crime and yet has been "arbitrarily" detained for over 6 years and in addition is enduring over 211 days of torture in the form of continuous solitary confinement.  He has been deprived of sunlight, contact with the outside world and proper healthcare. The United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner on Feb. 5, 2016 determined that Julian Assange's “Arbitrary Detention should be brought to an end and that Mr. Assange should be afforded the right to compensation”.

Julian Assange’s freedom and safe passage must be immediately secured by the Australian Government. Please note, as this ongoing petition’s signatures continue to rise, its requests will be resubmitted to all members of the Australian Government until such time that the Australian Government fulfils its obligation to protect the interests of a lawful Australian Citizen and Journalist who is in immediate need of protection.

Yours Faithfully,

Phillip Adams
