This Malcolm Turnbull leaked communication "appears" to have happened 48 hrs after the Notice to the Prime Minister of the Petition, but not yet 100% confirmed until we see it. Further to that the detail of the"supposed" leak almost mirrors the requests of one paragraph of the petition. Check the petition script below and you be the judge.
But in short; 6 years of inaction then 48 hours after the Notice of petition to the Prime Minister and all 221 elected Senators and Member of the Australian Government and this happening is just beyond coincidental..in my optimistic opinion.

I am taking this as we have achieved to Base 2...Recognition, we still have to get to Base Three then Home base for Julian Assange.
The petition is currently at 4,750 and the next Notice to the Prime Minister and all 221 elected Senators and Members to the Australian Government will happen once the petition secures 5,000 signatures which we should achieve by Thursday, August 9, 2018 based on current trends.
FYI and thankyou to all of you, we are making a real difference. A difference that only we know , but we will never read about. Put a feather in your cap, because nobody else will. This will be a thankless vigil, a publicly unrecognised exercising of people power. Further thankyou to all of you that have reshared/Retweeted/Reposted this petition. We are all doing what everyone should be doing. Personally I have not only sent the petition details to 10,000's of people, I have sent petition to Donald Trump, his wife and his children, Malcolm Turnbull's family, The Pope (yes the Pope ha ha)+ many, many others as you know because many of you received the link on Twitter , Facebook, and Google+.
This isn't for show This is a Stand for the people where money has nothing to do with it Imagine that, we are making a difference and money is not our motivation. Not 1 cent. Let's Free Julian Assange and stop the BS for Wars. I would not be able to live with myself if I did nothing and my children were confronted with another BS war like Iraq.
We can rest assured that we will be on the right side of History with this.
