Health update from Joe:

So yesterday they took me to the cancer center at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas to get a pet scan. I had chest x-rays in October of 2023, a cat scan in January of 2024, and March 8, 2024 a pet scan. The BOP has known that there was possible lung cancer in my left lung since October of 2023 and to this day they still have not even told me that this is possible or even why I have been going through all of these tests. If it wasn't for someone at the hospital reading me my file, I still wouldn't know anything about my own health or medical condition. I now have to file with medical records just to find out the results of the last test on my own. How the hell is this even legal? Are we just guinea pigs for the United States Department of Justice or do we even matter to anyone as human beings on the outside?

I have never felt so thrown to the wayside as I do with this country. President Biden declares a National Wrongful Detained Day for people wrongfully detained in other countries, but he does not give two shits about anyone wrongfully detained in America. This man made promises to get elected to fix this shit and he has done nothing at all.

I have notified medical here at FMC Fort Worth that I am NOT going to seek any more kinds of cancer treatment. I don't trust the United States federal government to even care enough to try and keep me alive, if this is the case. I sat in Butner, NC and watched them kill so many people with chemo and radiation that I was lucky enough to survive once, but never again. Not from in here.

People on the outside have friends, family, and such to help them fight this disease, but we in here are locked behind a door in a 6x12 concrete room with nothing, no one except a toilet to puke in for a year all alone. I refuse to do this and be treated like some lab rat for people that have no concern about our lives. The United States prides itself on hiring Nigerian people to come here and perform health care on people they can't stand. I have never met so many rude and hateful people in my life that work for the Department of Justice.

If God gives me this ticket out with lung cancer now, that is the path I am going to follow. The evidence we have given the Department of Justice, the judge, and the world proves I do not belong here and if that is not wrongfully detained, nothing is--so at this point my future is in God's hands.

I will, in the future, only consent to a biopsy to confirm and determine what kind and what stage it is in. As of right now, I am in no pain, I breathe fine, I work out with no issues and I will not let them kill me with their drugs and their lack of medical care, considering I have CVID and they don't know how to handle my immune system now. Treatment under the government's care will only kill me faster. 

Pray this appeal works and I can get treatment in the free world.
