Joe is now out of solitary confinement after over a month, but the government continues to try to silence him. He has no phone, no visits, no commissary, and no email until Christmas. He needs more lawyers who can have the judge removed from his case on the basis of personal prejudice, since he was the same  judge who awarded Carole Baskin 1 million dollars over a copyright lawsuit that she brought against Joe years ago. Joe's motion for a new trial is still waiting on the judge to make a decision whether to accept or deny after 16 months. He needs lawyers who will compel the court to answer his request for a new trial based on the new evidence of his innocence. He needs lawyers who will expose federal misconduct and the conspiracy to put him in prison. Nobody should be held unjustly by the government simply because they don't have the resources to fight their conviction.
