Ladies and Gentlemen: 

My name is Joseph Maldonado aka Joe Exotic, and this email letter is being forwarded to you by the voting people of America. Those who support me believe that you have violated your oath of office to uphold the laws of the United States and the U.S. Constitution that guarantees equal justice for all. 

Federal agents and assistant U.S. attorneys in the Oklahoma City office used felons to create a crime and put me in prison, then gave them a free pass on the crimes they were committing in order to be government witnesses. By doing this, you unleashed some very dangerous people by giving them a free pass to keep committing their crimes. 

I am speaking of some people you are very aware of, especially the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s office in Oklahoma City. 

While the federal agents involved in my case and Assistant U.S. Attorneys Amanda Green and Charles Brown were guiding Jeff and Lauren Lowe, James Garrettson, and Allen Glover on how to lie under oath to the grand jury and to the trial jury, all of these felons were recording your federal agents and U.S. attorneys so they could use it one day to blackmail the government. 

Since then, they have turned their cell phones and computers over to my Attorney John Phillips, who has filed all of this evidence of the government’s agents and employees creating this crime you have imprisoned me with and coaching the above said witnesses on how to lie under oath to make this conviction stick. Your very own agents and U.S. attorneys took part in a trial that was fabricated with lies, knowing that their witnesses were committing perjury on the stand. 

To do this, the federal government has overlooked the facts and evidence on phone recordings, affidavits, and video confessions that your witnesses were committing bank fraud, wire fraud, rape, sex trafficking, and identity theft. Not only those crimes, but Allen Glover admitted under oath in a video confession and on worldwide television that he and Jeff Lowe conspired a plan to kill me to begin with and, to this day, not one of these people have been held responsible for perjury, conspiracy to commit murder, or any of the crimes they admitted to on telephone recordings or any of the other evidence that their own cell phones and computers have exposed. 

Since you have unleashed these dangerous people with a free pass to break the law, to this day, Jeff and Lauren Lowe and James Garrettson cyberstalk my attorneys, their staff, their wives and husbands, their children on social media, along with my fiance, his mother and sisters, his ex-girlfriend and any of my own campaign staff, their families, and businesses. At what point are you, the very departments designed to uphold the law, going to step up and follow the laws you swore to uphold? Is admitting you have done wrong more important than the lives your witnesses are continuing to destroy? 

These three people are going as far as to find out whose names are on car loans, bank loans, who is living where, and posting all of this information on their social media, along with defamatory lies, bullying, and getting others to believe them to bring harm to every single one of their victims. 

Jeff Lowe has scammed elderly women out of hundreds of thousands of dollars and, once again, this evidence is all located in Oklahoma City, collecting dust on Federal Judge Scott Palk’s desk and Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Brown because they don't know how to clean up the mess they started by creating this crime. 

These are government witnesses attacking and stalking the entire defense team and their witnesses, which alone should be a crime, but is ignored by all of you because you don't know how to muzzle the same people you invited into your spider web of corruption. 

I am, myself, along with every voting person that reads or shares this message, asking you to step up and uphold the oath that you took to serve equal justice under the U.S. Constitution and muzzle the dogs that you have unleashed upon innocent people. What you have allowed to be done to me and others is a violation of, not only your oath, but the trust of the people in this country.
