To the complete shock of everyone in attendance, unelected Judge Carlton H. Jones III ruled yesterday that Elder Freeman is not immune from prosecution in the Home Depot case. That bad decision will now go to the court of appeals. More expense and more time for the Freemans. Don't forget to give your support.

Freeman took the stand. Women in attendance were actually crying during his testimony, watching the video of him being beaten and listening to him swear that he was prepared to die to protect his son.

Dondi Nelson didn't take the stand.

No evidence - at all - was given for why Nelson chose to pull Freeman over. The Defense called 911 operators, multiple officers, and the investigator who questioned the Home Depot workers. No one testified to having a reason for Freeman to be pulled over. No video showed any reason.

Freeman testified adamantly that Nelson's reason was speech, and we all know that is true, because Freeman was originally charged with speech crimes.

The judge apparently just expects that it is hypothetically possible that Freeman might have broken a traffic law in the three minutes when Dondi Nelson's dash cameras were "inoperable," so he won't grant immunity.

I'm sure Mr. Pipsqueak will have full coverage.

And may our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ deliver us all.
