* Really hoping we can rally together to create Amendment 28 for Medical Freedom. Doctors must have the legal right to offer patients more than just radiation, chemotherapy, or surgery for cancer treatment. As RFK Jr. passionately stated recently, It’s common sense! This is something else that falls into that category of common sense. Let’s rally together to empower doctors and protect patient choice!
* Proposed Amendment 28 to the United States Constitution: Forever Young Medical Freedom Amendment
Section 1. Right to Medical Choice. The right of individuals to make informed decisions regarding their medical care, including the choice to accept or refuse treatments, procedures, or interventions, shall not be violated by the United States or any State. This right includes access to diverse treatments for conditions, including but not limited to cancer and vaccines, such as natural foods, holistic therapies, or other lawful approaches offered by licensed or certified practitioners, including but not limited to naturopathic, homeopathic, conventional, and traditional medical providers. Such practitioners shall not face legal or professional penalty for offering these holistic or organic treatments in accordance with informed consent to the patient or client.
Section 2. Informed Consent. No individual shall be compelled to undergo any medical treatment, procedure, or intervention without their voluntary, informed consent, except in emergencies where the individual is incapacitated and immediate action is necessary to preserve life.
Section 3. Access to Independent Information. The United States and the States shall ensure that individuals have easy access online to accurate, transparent, and publicly accessible information from accredited third-party sources regarding medical treatments, all of the ingredients in said treatment if applicable - including but not limited to heavy metal testing / if GMO grown / what pesticides were used in the making of / Organic, procedures, and interventions, including but not limited to those for cancer and vaccines. Such information shall be derived from entities independent of and not funded by pharmaceutical companies or entities involved in the production, distribution of the treatment or profiting from in any way.
Section 4. Non-Discrimination. No individual shall be discriminated against by the United States, any State, or any public or private entity for exercising their right to choose or refuse medical treatments, procedures, or interventions under this article.
Section 5. Enforcement. Congress and the States shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation, ensuring coordination between federal and state authorities to protect the rights herein established.
* We are calling on YOU to join us in person on Wednesday May 28th at 8am at the courthouse for Dr. Young’s sentencing at 9am. Your presence is critical to show the court the overwhelming love and support that Dr. Young has from our community. We aim to fill the courtroom with peaceful, calm, and respectful supporters to demonstrate the impact Dr. Young has had on so many lives.
