Fight, Fight, Fight!!

Franklin County granted the Conditional Use Permit for the mine, but did so in violation of Robert's Rules of Order, which their bylaws state they follow. We now have a procedural foothold along with the conservation and environmental impact arguments so we are taking Franklin County to court. We are currently in the discovery phase of the trial and we have assembled a strong team of lawyers who will help us stop this mining and let Franklin County know that we will not just sit by while the needs of many are ignored in order to serve the desires of the few.
