Bring back Fox's "The Grinder"

The Issue

This show (1 season, 22 episodes. Available on Netflix) was almost perfect and I really wanted to see it grow. It was hilarious, had great chemistry, and even had a really good lesson for children on how to (sometimes how NOT to) get along with their siblings.

It was clean and respectable, it was something we hadn't seen before, broadcasting in America has done so many storylines to death and this one just felt fresh.

I think it could do a lot for today's youth, as I mentioned earlier. I have an older sibling myself, and my life is much more enjoyable with her in it, yet, so many sibling relationships have been ruined because they didn't know how to get along, this show offers valuable lessons as well as good, pure humor and solid acting.

I loved the cast as well, they offered an amazing sense of family and loyalty. Lowe and Savage play their parts to a T and showed what it means to be their characters, not simply actors playing a part.

In conclusion this show had good viewing ratings and just needed more exposure  to get better. It's being canceled leaves us asking "but what if it wasn't?".

Grinder Rests

A brief synopsis will be given,

The show showcases the family-run law firm "Sanderson & Yao" after Stewart Sanderson's (Fred Savage) brother, Dean Sanderson (Rob Lowe) leaves his long running TV Lawyer gig as "The Grinder", looking for a fresh start and a chance for a real life, like his brother has with his wife (Mary Elizabeth Ellis) and kids (Hana Hayes, and Connor Kalopsis.) Dean believes that a TV Lawyer is just as qualified as a real lawyer, Stewart does not. Their father, Dean Sanderson Sr., (William Devane) believes in Dean Jr. and allows him to work at their firm, much to Stewart's dismay. "The Grinder" shows the importance of family, friends, and the will to grind, for justice.
