Mental Health and Animal Therapy is not recognized by City of Brantford
The Issue
- The City Of Brantford allows for the sale of shelter animals by the pound $$$ to labs.
- The 70's Animal Control Bylaws chapter 206 and the SPCA contract shows no Compassion or Empathy in its content.
- The City has no TNR program, and gives no support to Rescues in any form.
- The contract allows the Brant County SPCA to apply persuasive measures to Brantford residents to enforce its mandate.
- The city has fined a Seventy-nine year old retired school teacher for feeding feral cats, that were displaced barn cats in a new subdivision.
Will Be Done Foundation of Brantford 2014Petition StarterSee Facebook,..... I am an animal rights activist. I have spent years and thousands of dollars fighting with Queens Park and the City of Brantford to change the OSPCA Act, and to force the "Cruel Capital of Ontario" to change its 60yr old animal bylaws.
