This update brings no good news. 

Unfortunately, the Grand Jury has decided not to bring this case to trial. They have decided not to press charges against Gary Hilyer. This is an extremely heartbreaking outcome. Tragic but not surprising with how corrupt that small town is. 

Randell Meyers' family is STILL FIGHTING. We won't stop.

We are so appreciative of all the help, support, and prayers you all have provided to the cause. Please remember that we can not disclose everything though. We want and do keep everyone in the loop to what is going on, but some things we need to keep the element of surprise. If we post publicly everything we are doing then Gary has time to come up with lies etc. Just know this case is not ending.

Keep in mind some cases don't get justice until years later. Gary Hilyer knows that and that is why he is constantly looking over his shoulder. Let that bring some sort of peace to those grieving Randell. Randell Meyers is in Heaven while Gary Hilyer is in a state of constant paranoia. The ones around Gary, not speaking up, are only scared of what he will do to them and for that we forgive. 

So again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for fighting this fight with us. If you knew Randell personally or only heard of him from this case, we are grateful. He would be proud.
