More and more people are acknowledging Indigenous People's Day instead of Columbus Day.  Let's make it OFFICIAL in Broward County and the Fort of Fort Lauderdale.  Remember, there was only one purpose for the FORT:  Genocide, and taking the land and waterways.  Let's do the right thing and begin to atone for the past and not gloss over it.  It wasn't that long ago.  This is the smallest step we can begin to take.
