It is now time to take the next step in saving the crown jewel of Fort Collins. Before we can find a sustainable alternative to the Hughes space, we must be allowed to give input on the zoning process, and our input must be heard. 

The Hughes redevelopment process is moving at breakneck speed. We need to act immediately so that the community is given time for input on the zoning process before the development plan is considered. It is critical that we get as many signatures as we can on our zoning map petition amendment by July 3rd, 2019.
