The SafeMoon Arena Progress Report [First Edition!]
Captain's Log 11/26/21 (Post-Turkey Day)
Hello fellow SafeMoon community members I hope you're having a great day before and after reading this. My name is Local Whaler (@LocalWhaler) I am a creative beacon within the SafeMoon community and I write these updates and create community concepts for fun. I also made the petition but it was inspired by Scott Paul's idea on twitter.
Progress Report!
Yesterday Scott Paul (@scottycoin) took to twitter to funnel community members around the idea of "The SafeMoon Arena" luckly for this petition we happened to sit on the 2nd ranking for the google search of "SafeMoon Arena" this allowed many people to come checkout the petition. On top of this Scott Paul has used the concept photo I created for the arena many times on twitter and linkedin so more people are seeing the concept idea through that. I would like to point out currently Scott Paul doesn't follow me on Twitter, so getting into contact with him can take a few hours to days however I have made contact in the past.
I am happy to confirm that the petition has been seen internally within SafeMoon! it was even viewed by the CEO himself John Karony (@CptHodl). He was even kind enough to show the entire SafeMoon Discord Server. We have support from every side here, now it's time to get the idea out there even more. This has brought much attention to the petition overall which leads me to the next part.
The Acts Of Kindness From The SafeMoon Community!
Yesterday I was blown away with all the support from the community and the kindness that was going around. I was receiving kind words of encouragement from the discord and twitter spaces. Fellow members of the SafeMoon community even started to donate without being asked, funds to the Change.org advertising budget. This money is managed automatically by Change.org and used to spread the petition on sight. Over $1,000 was unexpectedly pooled together! Please note none of these funds goto the concept idea or SafeMoon in anyway. All that happens is the petition is seen by more people on site. But none the less, thank you for everything you guys do.
I plan to make a video later on that will feature people that contributed but I do not want put someone who wanted to remain anonymous so if you pooled any money at all please DM me on twitter if you want to be featured on a later video. Video is planned to be a fun SafeMoon related community showcase.
For people that were asking me what they can do to help, all I ask is to help spread the concept idea and petition around to friends and fellow SafeMoon community members.

TL:DR
The petition has been blowing up, even the CEO himself has viewed it. Many SafeMoon community members have come together to share it the petition. Some of them even donated over $1,000 to promote the petition automatically through Change.org! We have 3x our signatures in a single day!
