Hi Everyone,

I have great news to share. The board of directors have rescinded their medical centre proposal and the greens are safe until 2020! So the bowling greens are safe for now :)

I would just like to say that I am proud of everyone involved for all coming together to stop this proposal. It really shows what a great community we are all apart of.

This is a great outcome for both the bowlers and the wider community, though this is just the first step.

We are still holding a meeting with the board on Thursday to discuss a way forward and plan to hopefully get some fresh faces within the board in the near future. This will hopefully lead to a revamp of the club with some of the great ideas and suggestions that many people have expressed.
