Progress Update

Good Evening Everyone, I had the opportunity today to speak with a lovely lady from the Cancer Council regarding the Forest Lawn Fun Run event planned for this coming Sunday. The Cancer Council representative was very empathetic to the concerns raised by members of the community in this petition. They also recognised that the event is a memorial opportunity. The Cancer Council representative has also been in discussion with representatives from Forest Lawn Memorial Park today. The Cancer Council representative stated the importance that the event must be respectful to the community and families of Forest Lawn. The Cancer Council representative stated that they will be working together with Forest Lawn to ensure that this happens. Further updates will be provided as information comes to hand.
