Fluster Cluck

Well most all of us remain idle in some parking lot somewhere.  Detroit…. Atlanta…..Chicago.  We are still scratching and clawing for information. Begging to know something.  Online chat or 800 number customer service remains staffed with uninformed new hires.  How can a company ignore thousands of people who just want to be treated right?
