Well, folks, sadly and regretfully, my fair and reasonable deadline for BAYER Ag's, BAYER Pharmaceuticals' and BAYER Corporation's acknowledgement and response (or their request for more time) has now passed, as of Wednesday 26th July 2023.

It is now five weeks since I sent my Shareholder Openness and Transparency Data and Information Request (which was received by each of them, respectively, within a week or so...  all of which were sent tracked and signed for).

Just as importantly, on my activist campaign issue of toxic product labelling, it is now exactly three weeks since I went in person from London to Leverkusen, where I was promised a full response and also further data and information by Hans Bernd-Schmitz, BAYER Ag's Site Communication Manager.  However, to date, neither he or his secretary have even so much as acknowledged any of the e-mails and attachments he specifically asked me to send him at BAYER Ag.
