

Breaking News - Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel opens an investigation of Anthony R. Friedman
Notice has been received from the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Missouri that they have accepted jurisdiction and are opening an investigation of Anthony R. Friedman Mo. Bar # 65531 concerning alleged violations of the Missouri Model Rules of Professional Conduct (Rule 4) and will proceed and conduct the investigation under (Rule 5)
Albert B. Pepper Complainant received notification from the O.C.D.C. dated February 17, 2026 via U.S.P.S. mail of the file number # 25-2531-X that was created and that the complaint would be forwarded to Anthony R. Friedman seeking a written response to the allegations.

Ladies and gentlemen, up until the time of this notice of the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel opening an investigation of the alleged violations of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct I , Albert Pepper Complaint withheld publishing the full complaint that was submitted for review by the O.C.D.C. publishing only the executive summary. However, upon receipt of notice that the O.C.D.C. has now opened an investigative file of Friedman I will now publish the comprehensive complaint itself with details of the professional misconduct and the citation of rule violations in pdf format for your review and download.
These are the allegations that are being investigated and of which Anthony R. Friedman must render and answer in truth and with candor.
Conclusion
Any and all submissions to the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel are put through a rigorous process upon receipt to determine proper jurisdiction, actionable rule violations and if the complaint has merit and sufficient prima facie support evidence to proceed to opening an investigation.
