One of our heroes from the summer, Raheem Sterling, has been nominated as one of the finalists for BBC Sports Personality of the Year. Raheem Sterling deserves to win, in our eyes, because of his magnificent powerhouse performances for England during the summer and because of his commitment and passion to anti-racism and racial justice. We salute you Raheem!

It’s been a difficult year for everyone, and the need for a strong anti-racist movement has never been more acute. The Citizenship Bill is threatening to give the Government the power to strip people of their rights, our government is mired in sleaze and is repeatedly breaking the rules that the rest of us are upholding to keep our communities safe. We have had enough.
 
There’s so much work to do - we will continue in the New Year to fight on all these fronts – and we want to walk that journey shoulder to shoulder with you.
