Today, 17 Latin American nations have signed the Declaration of Lima, declaring their opposition to Maduro's regime, which is now labeled a dictatorship. Please continue to support the human rights of Venezuelans and the rights of innocent animals like Ruperta, the elephant suffering at the Caricuao Zoo. God bless the good people of Venezuela.
