Friends, we wanted to update our petition with this statement from an Army Veteran:

"The VA has had me on so much & so many different meds, they literally have nothing left to prescribe me. None of them do anything except give me all the zombie like effects, barely any brain activity to function...mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, antidepressants, experimental stuff, seizure meds that were supposed to also be used as mental health drugs.  Using CBD oil has let me completely stop all the DRUGS the VA has been trying to shove down my throat for over a decade.” - Army Veteran
