Renault at last clams for potential damages from former CEO

Many thanks to the 660 shareholders and other stakeholders of Renault and Nissan who supported this petition for the dismissal of the highly paid independent auditors of these group for having silently witnessed substantial assumed self-dealings by the former all-mighty group chairman & CEO.

At last in February 2020 Renault is claiming for potential damages to the company, while numerous management failures in the conduct of the automotive giant appear now clear.

But the burden for indemnification should not be left to the tycoon only. Many professionals have supported and benefited from his criminal behaviour. Their responsibility should also be questioned for the sake of millions of pension holders and ordinary citizens.
