Ghosn and Nissan setteled in the US with SEC for hiding a 140 M$ pay item.

Carlos Ghosn and Nissan agreed on September 23 rd. to settle fraud charges with  the SEC over claims that they hid $ 140 million   pay items  in  the disclosure of his pay package starting in 2011.

Nissan will pay 15 m$ and the former CEO will pay $ one million. .The settlement bans Ghosn from senior positions in any US company for a decade. 

It is as this stage unclear what the SEC will say about the audit firms possible responsibility..
