The National Tank Truck Carriers association is STILL trying to KILL the SBTC's ELD Exemption Application. They issued a new piece on Friday Aug 17th that says nothing new since their June comment to FMCSA on the docket (http://tanktransport.com/2018/08/nttc-opposing-eld-exemption-request/).

These are the people who said to FMCSA: "Granting the SBTC’s request would eviscerate the ELD rule and be tantamount to enabling a highway killing spree."
