Uber/Lyft: Can't Reopen Petition Changes, Please Sign Again

I made changes to the original petition to reflect the laws thanks to supporter Jennifer Condie from Palm Beach, FL. The new petition will focus on Predatory Pricing Antitrust Laws which was not referenced and has a stronger case. I hope you can assist by re-signing. Thanks, Reyner
