My nephew Jordan lived with his mother (my sister) her twin sister and my parents for the first few years of his young life. His father was rarely involved in his life even denied to sign Jordans birth certificate. a few months ago my sister passed at the age of 23. The same night of her passing her father sped through a field of mourners in an irate manner and demanded to know where Jordan was. He then proceeded to take him, he let us see him every now and then in the beginning but for the past few months he has denied our request to see him. We have seen him sparingly at his daycare during his brief lunch period. My family has been devastated by my sisters passing and the removal of my grandparents only grandson, my sisters only nephew has only added to the trauma. If my family was granted visitation rights it would remedy the pain we have suffered.
