Hello folks! It’s been one year since this petition was started! Thank you all so much for your continued support for our cause! I know that some results were in our favor, others were not! The state should have forgiven all tolls during the time that the system was down. The state didn’t want to do anything about that and rather have the tolls processed and screwed up people’s bills for months to come! I know for a fact that if my TV provider TBCTVNOW.com has an outage for a day or so, they give people credit whether it was 3 days free or a coupon to cut down on the price. That is called responsibility! SunPass should have taken a lesson from that. Hopefully something like this never happens again in the future!
