Hello everyone! I feel that since the state is not doing anything and the Governor is somewhat involved in the vendor, then I have made the decision that a class action lawsuit should be started to take action on SunPass and Conduent and make them responsible for the tolls during the outage! I submitted the information through the class action website and hopefully something will happen! I am getting sick and tired of the state making us pay for their mistakes! I know that you are as well!

Petition update: we are now close to 8000 signatures! Great job everyone and thank you all for your hard work! I appreciate your hard work and I cannot thank you enough for it!

I did contact the media to either thank them or suggest them to do the story on the petition! Hopefully there will be more media coverage now since the decision of the class action lawsuit has been made by me. I will keep everyone updated as usual on what is going on! Thank You!
