Breeder Breeder Pumpkin Eater! Rooterville President Finally ADMITS to Breeding!
Whistleblowers have been saying for years now that Rooterville's president, Elaine West, has been secretly breeding. We recently obtained FOIA evidence proving that Elaine obtained a Greenbelt exemption in 2022 for running a bonafide commercial “cattle operation" on the property where Rooterville sits. According to one of the links below, it appears Elaine was selling rescued Rooterville cows for a profit.
Three years later in 2025, Elaine started the for-profit business “Fluffy Cow Farm and Gardens” which she called “the home" of Rooterville. Shortly after we reported this glaring conflict to the state, Elaine issued a poster citing in small writing near the bottom that Fluffy Cow is “formerly Rooterville." When asked about this change, Elaine admitted within the comment section to "raising" cows-- see link below.
Over on her Fluffy Cow page she's admitted to "inseminating" her cows to try and get "teeny tiny babies", however, this page only has 54 followers-- a proper public post admitting breeding practices needs to be posted on Rooterville's various social media pages because its 30,000 + followers are confused thinking they are supporting a true animal sanctuary with vegan ties when they clearly are not. Elaine also features Rooterville's animals on her Fluffy Cow page which is muddying the waters for supporters and donors alike as to which animals are rescues; bought; or bred.
