Thank you all for your support and momentum. We are blown away by the support we have received in LESS THAN A WEEK. How many of you have heard "flight attendants don't get paid for boarding because it has always been that way." Or have you heard "If we add boarding pay then all of our pay will get adjusted and we will get less per hour." That's what we call an "all or nothing fallacy." We can have BOTH. You DESERVE both. 

The truth is, flight attendants are working, our presence is required, our pay should not be optional.
