Waste piling up on streets, open lots, and near homes has become a serious problem in our community. Uncollected trash, overflowing bins, and mixed garbage harm our health, attract pests, clog drains during rains, and make our neighborhood unpleasant and unsafe.

‎We, the residents, call on our local leaders and barangay officials to:

1. ‎Provide clearly labeled bins for biodegradable, recyclable, and residual waste in every zone.

2. ‎Follow a fixed, announced collection schedule so everyone knows when to put out trash.

3. ‎Teach and strictly enforce proper waste segregation at the household level.

4. ‎Launch regular clean-up drives and community education about reducing, reusing, and recycling.

5. ‎Create a report system so residents can alert authorities about missed collections or illegal dumping.
