We need to use this opportunity to create change. A change to the way white collar crime is viewed by West Yorkshire Police. 

We need a dedicated team who solely focus on this type of crime. We need a dedicated police officer for each case who will see each individual case through from start to finish. 

We need investigations to be carried out in a reasonable amount of time. Say two years. To enable effective evidence gathering and a possible positive outcome from the CPS. So much can be done to improve the way victims of this crime are treated and the way investigations are carried out.
