Dear John,
Thank you for your email regarding the roof at the Tuggeranong Basketball Stadium.
We are aware of the ongoing issues and understand the frustration and disruption they have caused, particularly to junior players and their families. We’ve been actively working with our roofing contractors to identify and rectify the leaks, and while a significant amount of repair work has been carried out over the past six months, a few areas unfortunately remain troublesome. 
Please be assured that resolving this matter is a priority. We are committed to ensuring a safe and reliable venue for the community and continue to pursue solutions with our contractors to prevent further disruptions.
I have requested further information from my facilities team as to the status with the remaining repair work and will provide more detail and context once I receive this information.
