Thank you everyone for signing thus far.  Please spread this far and wide - it is enough now.  It's frustrating.  It's dangerous.  It needs to be fixed.  I will ensure that printed copies of the petition, once we have a good amount of signatures, is brought to the attention of the people to whom it is addressed.
