My Dear Brethren Veterans,

We have been Requesting the Govt Authorities in the past by lodging Grievances in SPARSH Portal, CPENGRAM/CPGRAM, but the same were being closed without any Resolution.

We have been sending emails to IHQ MoD (Army, Navy, Air Force), CGDA, DESW, MoD, Hon'ble Defence Minister, Hon'ble Prime Minister and Supreme Commander of Indian Armed Forces, Her Excellency the President of India. 

All the above Grievances were being forwarded by the Addressees to PCDA Pensions Prayagraj. These were being left on the Mercy of AAO,AO or SAO level with Generalised Routine Reply not connected with the Problems.

It seems the CGDA Dr Mayank Sharma & Financial Adviser (Defence Services) Sh SG Dastidar didn't brief the Defence Secretary, Hon'ble Defence Minister & Hon'ble Prime Minister with the Real Onground situation being faced by Ex-Servicemen Pensioners and Widows - Aged, Non-tech savvy, Less Educated, living in far flung areas where there is no assistance.

More so since the Number of the Ex-Servicemen are not Big numbers, gravity is not being understood by the Authorities.

It is therefore necessary that We the Tri-Services Ex-Servicemen and Widows Sign this Petition in great Strength minimum of 50, 000 to 1 Lakh, so that the MoD understand the Gravity of the Sufferings being faced by them.
