International signatures are just as rare as the March 22nd Gregorian Easter date!

Folks,
We are once again open for new signatures, and I have a new plan for this next phase of the campaign.
Given that we already have received a signature from Houston, TX, I have temporarily reverted back to the highly successful 'Local - London' phase for a £25 chip in to gain guilt-free new UK names and will then change my campaign's setting to 'Local - Auckland (New Zealand)' immediately upon completion of the paid promotion (signature counts can fluctuate particularly after periods of high activity, so I am hoping the algorithm will adjust to the campaign's new local scope setting after a lag).
I am also hoping my new future UK supporters are subscribed to my campaign update emails, so can also share this campaign on international feeds (I can't do that myself, as I don't have any social media accounts). Disappointingly, despite my 'urgent' updates a couple of weeks ago, I got no response from my supporters.
My plan is to switch back and forth between a local UK scope and an international local scope throughout Phase 3 (this current phase) of the campaign, and will NOT chip-in for paid promotions under an international local scope setting as this pushes the campaign to the back of the visibility queue and paid impressions fail to convert into signatures. I hope to reach supporters in all four remaining countries - New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa and Canada by the time we reach 1,000 signatures.
Our campaign timeline including breaks is as follows:
- February 27th - launch
- March 25th - 100 signatures
- April 13th (Orthodox Easter Monday) - 200 signatures
- May 9th - 300 signatures
- June 18th - 400 signatures
- August 2nd-12th - Locked at 423 signatures for our first scheduled break
- September 3rd - 500 signatures
- September 17th-27th - Locked at 534 signatures for our second scheduled break
- October 4th-8th - Locked at 541 signatures for an unscheduled break due to a lack of funds
- October 21st - 600 signatures
- November 2nd-6th - Locked at 626 signatures for our recent scheduled break
I need international support not only because the titular goal of my campaign is to convince churches, religious leaders and policymakers to shift the date of Easter to March 22nd for a one-off occasion for the years 2043, 2054, 2065 or possibly 2071, I also need international support because the explicit secondary goal of my campaign is to address and bring to light the complete lack of official recognition for Orthodox and Coptic holidays in the United States, Canada, Republic of Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia as well as in the United Kingdom and Scotland.
Despite my complaints about IP address and currency geofencing, we have fared significantly better internationally even under the deceptive 'Global' scope setting than my inactive (though not permanently closed, US election reform campaign) - all 3 signatures from Myanmar, the sole signature from Kazakhstan and all 5 previous signatures from the United States occurred before we reached the 100 signature milestone in March. My inactive US election campaign meanwhile has a total of just 3 non-UK signatures from Malaysia (which did not occur until after that petition reached 100 signatures) and the remaining 2 from the Aland Islands and Myanmar occurred THIS YEAR in the stretch between 241 and 253 signatures (the specific signature from Myanmar is the 253rd signature, which occurred back in June this year, the last time the campaign was active).
I will post my next update whenever necessary, but will keep to the strict 3-email-per-week rule.
