We talk about losing our grandparents as if our great aunts don’t exist – 600 signatures!

Folks,
This is just a quick update that yesterday (21st October), we crossed the 600 signature milestone, and according to CSV data, we have received our first signature from Scotland since July.
From its launch in February 2026, we have hit each milestone on each of the following dates:
- 100 signatures – March 25th
- 200 signatures – April 13th (Orthodox Easter Monday exactly)
- 300 signatures – May 9th
- 400 signatures – June 18th
- 500 signatures – September 3rd
- 600 signatures – October 21st
I have titled this milestone update “We talk about losing our grandparents as if our great aunts don’t exist” because this analogy directly mirrors how Western society treats Orthodox holidays as if they don’t exist, and how Western governments completely fail to recognise these holidays.
The paid ads are still running, so I expect we might have close to 623 signatures (exactly 200 signatures after Phase One) or 634 signatures (exactly 100 signatures after Phase Two) by the time my current £25 promotional ads finish.
I will post a longer update on Sunday (my 78th official update) when I have outlined my plans for the next official phase, and hope to clear 666 signatures (two thirds of a thousand) and my new goal of 700 by the end of the year with an ultimate goal of 1,000 sometime in mid-2027.
